Key Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Build solid relationships with customers by delivering quality service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Robust problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
