/n Job Overview
/n We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT or software services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals.
/n Key Responsibilities
/n /n Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through Linked In, email campaigns, networking, references, and other lead generation channels
/n Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
/n Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships
/n Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT/software solutions

/n Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → client meetings → proposal submission → negotiation → deal closure

/n Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare customized proposals and cost estimates
/n Manage key accounts and explore cross-selling / upselling opportunities




/n Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all sales activities
/n Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
/n venue generation, deal closure rate, client acquisition, and overall contribution to company growth
/n /n Required Skills & Qualifications
/n /n 0-3 years of experience in IT / Software Services Sales
/n Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
/n Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
/n Experience in B2B sales and international client handling (preferred)
/n Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, custom software, etc.
/n Strategic thinking with robust closing ability
/n /n Preferred Skills
/n /n Experience with CRM tools
/n Strong Linked In lead generation experience

/n /n Experience working with global clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.)
