We are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to join our Agency team as an Apprentice - Agency. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our business growth strategy by identifying and recruiting high-potential agents and brokers. Your primary focus will be on the health and non-motor insurance segments, where you will develop new locations, expand our network, and activate recruited agents to meet our targets. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit quality agents/brokers with a focus on health and non-motor insurance lines of business.
- Develop new locations in Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Churu, and surrounding areas, expanding our market presence.
- Achieve assigned PMS targets by effectively mapping intermediaries and activating recruited agents.
- Provide regular training and support to ensure agents' success and compliance with regulations.
- Sell insurance policies, focusing on meeting client needs and building long-term relationships.
- Hold regular meetings and maintain open communication with agents to address their queries and provide guidance.
- Maintain systematic records of agent interactions, performance, and feedback for future reference.




- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure a positive and skilled company image by maintaining high standards of conduct and ethics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in insurance sales, agency management, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A team player with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for efficient record-keeping and data management.
- Willingness to travel for business development purposes and attend industry events.
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices is beneficial.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
