Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDM Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management to support and maintain enterprise master data processes in an SAP AMS workplace. The consultant will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support, managing master data governance processes, resolving production issues, supporting data quality initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of master data across SAP and non-SAP applications

Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Master Data Management processes in an AMS support model.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and problem tickets within agreed SLA timelines.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support creation, maintenance, validation and governance of master data across business domains.
- Manage change requests, enhancements and data process improvements.
- Support business users in resolving master data-related issues affecting business operations.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, consistency and compliance across systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to ensure accurate master data management.
- Support data migration, data cleansing and data harmonization initiatives.
- Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces, workflows, enhancements and custom developments.
- Participate in testing, release management,



deployment and post-production support.
- Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, KT documents and support procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, audit requirements and ITIL support processes.
