Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand SAP MM module functionalities.

- Support SAP MM consultants in daily operational activities.

- Assist in Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Verification (IV) processes.

- Gain knowledge of Material Master and Vendor Master data management.

- Support inventory management activities and stock-related processes.

- Assist in requirement gathering and documentation.

- Participate in SAP testing activities (Unit Testing/UAT).

- Identify and analyze issues and coordinate with team members for resolution.

- Prepare basic functional documents and reports.

- Follow SAP best practices and company processes.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of SAP MM Module.

- Knowledge of Procurement and Inventory Management processes.

- Understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle.

- Knowledge of Material Master, Vendor Master, PR, PO, GR & Invoice Process.

- Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC.

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
