Job Description: A Senior Marketing Manager for a minerals processing plant spearheads B2B commercial strategies, client acquisition, and market positioning. They connect plant processing output with industrial buyers (steel, cement, ferro-alloys), oversee pricing, and drive revenue growth in competitive commodity markets. - Strategic Business Development: Identify new markets, define volume-linked pricing, and execute go-to-market strategies for processed minerals like dolomite, ferro-alloys, coal, and iron ore.
- Key Account Management: Build relationships with procurement heads and executives across high-volume sectors such as steel plants, aluminium smelters, and power utilities.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor commodity price trends, trade parity, supply-demand outlooks, and competitor activities to inform executive decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align sales targets with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory management,



and smooth rake/truck dispatch.
- Budget & Revenue Management: Own segment revenue targets, track marketing expenditures, and develop monthly/annual forecasting. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical degree (Metallurgy/Mining Engineering); MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of (8-12+) years of B2B sales and marketing experience in the mineral processing, mining, or heavy metallurgy industries.
- Functional Knowledge: Understanding of technical product specifications, export/import trade finance, and industrial contract negotiations.
