Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop creative graphic designs for the print, digital/social media & web.
- Layout & designing of project reports, books, brochures, infographics, charts & tables, brand identity & collaterals, presentations, newsletter, banners, posters, website mock-ups/wireframe & digital graphics - mailers, banners, icons, maps, etc.
- Research & maintain creative media library (photographs, icons, logos, etc).
- Experience in web-design (UI) would be an added advantage.
- Collaborate with project teams and other stakeholders, from project start to delivery. Maintain artworks & images in all formats for easy access by all. Illustrates concept by designing rough concept of design, when required & obtain approval from stakeholders before finishing design.
- Provide support to team on various projects as required.

Qualifications and Attributes:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years work experience (including any freelance assignments).
- Must be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Word, Powerpoint, etc.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.



Produce high-quality creative work single-handedly and maintain accuracy through self-proofing with relation to original content.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Have strong visualization skills and highly creative. Should possess positive knowledge of color theory, typography, composition, templates, and layout.
- Must be able to conceptualize and implement designs in accordance with the creative brief and requirements. Interacts, communicates and presents own ideas clearly to stakeholders and makes adaptations when necessary.
- Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of CRDF.
- Desirable but not mandatory: Drawing skills, Knowledge of Animation & Motion Design (After Effects, Premier), Web design - UI (HTML & CSS).
- Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and teamwork.
- Strong time management and coordination skills.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to any process changes and comfortable working with people across organizational levels.
