We seek a highly motivated and experienced Civil Project Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities for our government infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction crews.
* Ensure all construction activities are carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
* Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
* Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
* Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers.
* Liaise with government officials and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* Proven experience as a Civil Project Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in government infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with relevant Indian codes and regulations.
* Searching and shortlisted new tenders for the company
* making a comparison between selected tenders with proper site analysis and costing
* Visiting and enquiring the sites before participating in the tender of the shortlisted sites
Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* Proven experience as a Civil Project Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in government infrastructure projects.
* Solid knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with relevant Indian codes and regulations.
Other Requisites:
a) Salary: 20,000 to 30,000
b) Candidates of Chhattisgarh with full local language proficiency are preferred
c) Experience of a minimum of 5 years as a Civil Engineer or Civil Project Site Supervisor
