Position: Sr. Relationship Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP)
CTC: ₹8 to ₹12 Lacs per annum
Grade: M1/M2
Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting To: Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) & General Manager (GM)
No. of Positions: 1

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Relationship Manager to drive sales and business growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in handling DSA channels and managing high-ticket mortgage loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales for Mortgage Loans (LAP) with a focus on ticket sizes ranging from ₹5 Cr. to ₹25 Cr.

- Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, Channel Partners, and High-Net-Worth (HNI) Clients.

- Achieve business targets through effective lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.





- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance business strategies.

- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and legal) to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

- Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

- Provide superior client service and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mortgage loan sales, preferably Loan Against Property (LAP).

- Robust expertise in DSA channel management.

- Excellent knowledge of financial products, credit policies, and mortgage loan structuring.

- Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in finance/banking will be a plus.

- Age: Below 42 years.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
