We are looking for a dedicated Microbiology skilled to manage and execute microbiological testing and related quality functions within our organization. The candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiology tests, ensuring environmental monitoring, and maintaining compliance with quality standards, with responsibilities varying based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine microbiological testing including water testing, environmental monitoring, and microbial limit tests following SOPs.

- Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

- Oversee and manage microbiology operations, ensuring adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.

- Develop, implement,



and review microbiology SOPs and protocols to maintain high standards.

- Manage documentation, reporting, and audits related to microbiology functions.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support troubleshooting and maintenance of lab equipment.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.

- Ensure compliance with microbiology standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology.

- Experience from 4 to 8 years in microbiology testing, environmental monitoring, and QMS application, depending on the level of responsibility.
