Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a qualified manner.

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.

- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

- Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.

- Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

- Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement.

- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.





- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
