Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Engineer (Planning & Billing) for a reputed Company for Ahmedabad location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Checking of monthly subcontractors billing and major material reconciliation with all aspects, Timely invoicing and collection of payment from client in time.
- Material reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Providing timely inputs for budget preparation & cost estimation.
- Project planning, scheduling and coordination, resource planning, budgeting, Yearly as well as monthly planning.
- Proactively steer multiple projects by providing detailed inputs through planning, scheduling, coordination, monitoring, and impactful reporting.
- Create comprehensive master schedules, including pre-construction activities such as permits, drawings, procurement, and site development.
- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.




- Support the liaison, contracts, and purchase departments by co-creating work schedules for their activities.
- Regularly coordinate with all for updates and project expediting.
- Prepare cash outflow statements for each project based on the schedules and budgets, and update reports showing cost to complete.

Candidate's Profile:

- Graduate / postgraduate in civil engineering, from a recognized university
- More than 6 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure (road construction)
- High proficiency in MS Projects, Excel and report presentations.
- Valuable communication skills and fair command over the English language.
- Earthwork Quantity Calculation Cross Section for Subcon Billing using Calquan/Road Estimator
