- Data entry: Record all weighing transactions into a computer system or logbook, ensuring accuracy.

- Documentation: Issue weigh tickets, weight certificates, or receipts to drivers and retain copies for the company.

- Compliance: Verify that vehicles adhere to weight regulations and prevent overloading.

- Communication: Interact with drivers to provide instructions, collect necessary information,



and address any issues.

- Equipment management: Perform regular inspections of the weighbridge equipment, report any malfunctions, and conduct minor cleaning and maintenance.

- Safety: Ensure the secure operation of the weighbridge area and monitor for unauthorized access.
