Job Description:

JOB ROLE

1. To coordinate with Plant Heads to ensure daily / weekly / monthly production targets

2. To coordinate with Plant Heads and HR contractors to solve any day to day labour issues.

3. To coordinate with QA heads of all plants to ensure quality, rejections and wastage standards

4. Preparation of cost sheet for all plants

5. To ensure implementation of various projects regarding cost, labour or wastage reduction.

6. To ensure dispatches as per plan by dispatches manager and sales team

7. To ensure implementation of all SOPs

8. To monitor repair and maintenance schedule and implementation as provided by maintenance team

9. To monitor spares and store consumption and suggest ways to reduce said consumption.

10. To ensure adherence to ERP system as implemented across all units.

Work Experience

- Operations Manager / Plant Head or equivalent for any big manufacturing company for minimum 5-7 years

- Excel Proficiency

- Travel Friendly

- Fluency In Hindi
