Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong civil engineering background to oversee individual home construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and executing residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Oversight: Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Site Management: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operation of construction processes.
- Technical Expertise: Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of work performed and materials used to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders. Utilize MS Excel for data management and reporting.




- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in individual home construction projects.

Skills:

- Proficient in MS Excel for managing and analyzing project data.
- Robust command of English and Kannada.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Vehicle: Must have a personal vehicle for commuting to various construction sites.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to this area.
