Job description :

- Installation & Commissioning of new equipment and hand over to customer.

- Provide training for operational &maintenance; of machine to operator & maintenance person .

- Handle customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem and provide appropriate solutions to solve the problem.

- Manage customer calls and Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media or onsite.

- Generate spares parts leads

Qualification / Skill :

- Diploma/ Degree in mechanical with experience in related field or equivalent.

- Strong problem-solving skills and Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Must be able to understand drawing .

- Ability to work flexible schedule and work around a changing schedule.

- Good Verbal and written communication skill.

- Diploma with 5 Years Experience or B.E. Mechanical 3 Years Experience.
