Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil cum Interior Engineer to manage end-to-end site execution for our residential/commercial projects. The role involves coordinating, supervising, and executing both civil construction works and interior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality standards, adhering to technical specifications, and managing contractors to deliver on time. Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution (Civil & Finishing): Supervise day-to-day site activities, including structural work, masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, painting, and POP works.
- Interior Fit-out Supervision: Manage specialized interior works, including false ceilings, partitions, carpentry, modular furniture installation, lighting, and electrical fit-outs.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read, understand, and implement architectural, structural, and interior design drawings to ensure the accurate execution of planned designs.
- Coordination & Management: Act as the liaison between architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure smooth, uninterrupted workflow.
- Quality Control & Snagging: Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and identify/resolve deviations (snags) instantly.
- Material Management: Handle procurement, tracking, and efficient usage of material to minimize wastage.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), weekly reports, site photographs, and updated checklists to update management.
- Bill Verification: Check and verify contractor measurements, quantity take-offs (BOQ), and bills.
- Safety Compliance:



Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental protocols on site.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2–6 years of proven experience in site execution, specifically in high-end residential, commercial, or corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD to read and modify drawings.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials (wood, glass, metal, stone).
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel for tracking and reports).
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle on-site challenges.
- Solid verbal communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
