Talentarc HR Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant for client hiring. We are looking for a skilled to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting.

Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and bills.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash book reconciliation.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in monthly and annual account closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Maintain accurate documentation and accounting files.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.




- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement records (if required).

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience as an Accountant or Accounts Executive.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP software (SAP, Busy, Zoho Books, etc.) is an added advantage.
