About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the CA by providing required financial documents, bank statements, and relevant records promptly.
2. Maintain and organize invoices, bills, receipts, payment proofs, and vendor documentation systematically.
3. Manage payroll processes, including attendance tracking, salary data preparation, and coordination for monthly disbursements.
4. Oversee petty cash management, expense tracking, and reimbursement documentation.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of payments and proper documentation.
6. Handle general office administration, including filing, correspondence, documentation, and record maintenance.
7. Maintain and update employee records and HR-related administrative data.
8. Work on accounting platforms such as Zoho Books, MS Excel, or other financial tools for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
9. Support overall company accounts management along with day-to-day administrative operations.
