About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
2. Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally.
3. Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
4. Generate and qualify sales leads.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
8. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
9. Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
