Senior Manager – APAC Sales (IT Recruitment) Experience: 10–16 Years Industry: Recruitment/Staffing We are looking for a Senior Manager – APAC Sales with 10–16 years of experience in the recruitment/staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in acquiring and managing clients across the APAC region, with a strong focus on IT staffing and recruitment services. Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, HR leaders, and key decision-makers. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless client servicing. Proven experience in APAC sales within the IT recruitment/staffing industry. Solid B2B sales, account management, and client acquisition skills. Experience selling IT staffing, permanent hiring, or recruitment solutions across APAC markets.
