The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, planning, and construction, with the ability to support senior architects in developing residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities* Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.* Develop 2D and 3D architectural designs using industry-standard software.* Coordinate with senior architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.* Prepare concept designs, presentation drawings, and construction documentation.* Ensure drawings comply with building codes, statutory regulations, and client requirements.* Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation.* Support material selection, space planning, and design detailing.* Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.* Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.* Assist in preparing quantity estimates and project reports when required.Required Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
