Job Description About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive residential sales for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities

Drive residential sales targets and revenue growth for the assigned project/territory
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through proactive outreach
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close sales
Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to refine sales approach
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management




Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in sales, with residential real estate sales experience strongly preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Robust negotiation and client relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
