Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT or software services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, references, and other lead generation channels
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships
Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT/software solutions
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → client meetings → proposal submission → negotiation → deal closure
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare customized proposals and cost estimates




Manage key accounts and explore cross-selling / upselling opportunities
Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all sales activities
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in IT / Software Services Sales
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in B2B sales and international client handling (preferred)
Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, custom software, etc.
Strategic thinking with strong closing ability

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM tools
Robust LinkedIn lead generation experience

Experience working with global clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.)
