We are looking for a Senior Architect with extensive experience in residential developments to lead the design and execution of high-rise housing projects in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from concept design to site execution, coordination with consultants and ensuring compliance with local development regulations.Key Responsibilities* Lead architectural design for residential buildings including apartments, luxury housing and redevelopment projects.* Develop concepts, layouts,
unit planning and façade designs optimized for Mumbai conditions.* Review and respond to authority comments and revisions.* Ensure design integration and resolve technical conflicts.* Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design intent.* Address site-level technical issues and provide timely solutions.* Excellent communication and client-handling skills.Preferred Experience* 8–15 years (with strong residential project experience)•Proven experience in high-rise residential and redevelopment projects.* Experience working with Mumbai developers and approval processes.* Exposure to luxury residential or large township projects is an advantage.Education* Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Architecture (M.
