Job Description Fashion Designer Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (On-site) Experience: 2–4 years Employment Type: Full-time About Martizy Martizy is a multi-brand D2C commerce platform building consumer brands across lifestyle, premium apparel & fragrances, and more. In our first year, we crossed ₹50L+ in revenue on bootstrapped capital, fulfilled 7,000+ orders across 450+ SKUs, and sustained a 3× blended ROAS. We're now building our in-house design team to power the next phase of our apparel growth. About the Role As our Fashion Designer, you'll own apparel design across Martizy's brand portfolio - from seasonal concepts and drop planning to tech packs, sampling, and production handoff. You'll design for distinct brand identities ranging from affordable trend-led lifestyle to premium streetwear, translating each brand's language into products that feel right in hand, not just on screen. This is a founding-team role: you'll work directly with the founder and see your designs go from sketch to live sale. What You'll Do Design apparel collections across Martizy's brand verticals - streetwear, essentials, athleisure/activewear, and trend-led lifestyle wear Build complete tech packs: flats, measurements, spec sheets, trims, wash/finish details, and BOMs Research fabrics, trims, and finishes; work with mills and vendors to source materials that balance quality and startup-viable costs Manage the sampling cycle end-to-end - vendor briefs, fit sessions, corrections,



and pre-production approvals Plan drops and assortments: collection structure, size curves, and SKU planning Track global and Indian fashion trends and translate them into designs that fit each brand's identity Collaborate with the content and growth teams on lookbooks, shoots, and product storytelling What We're Looking For 2–4 years of apparel design experience — streetwear, menswear, athleisure, or casualwear preferred (D2C brand or export house background is a plus) Strong command of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop for flats and tech packs; CLO 3D is a bonus Hands-on knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fits, and finishing - you can walk into a sampling unit and speak the language Range: the ability to design for different brand identities and price points without losing sharpness A strong portfolio (mandatory with your application) Comfort with startup pace: fast decisions, lean resources, direct ownership Willingness to travel to vendors, mills, and sampling units as needed What You'll Get Founding designer role across multiple growing brands - rare breadth for a single design seat Direct collaboration with the founder; no layers between your ideas and the final product Full-cycle exposure: design, sourcing, sampling, production, and launch Competitive salary with growth as the platform scales How to Apply Apply with your resume and portfolio.
