Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architect with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in preparing Construction Documents (CD) and Shop Drawings, along with solid drafting capabilities and project coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Construction Documents and Shop Drawings with precision

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycle

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications

- Assist in design development and documentation using CAD and BIM tools

- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting tools

- Strong understanding of construction detailing and documentation standards

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices
