Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Costing & Cost Analysis

- Prepare and maintain product cost sheets including BOM, labour, and overheads.
- Perform standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis and share reports with HO Finance.
- Track and report production cost trends, including scrap, wastage, and yield deviations.
- Support costbenefit analysis for recent products, processes, or investments from a financial perspective.

2. Accounting & Reconciliation

- Coordinate with company HO Finance and share monthly advance requisitions as per agreed terms.
- Share weekly consumption and debit reports towards material consumption.
- Verify and confirm Co. inventory at 3P on a monthly basis with HO.
- Perform dip test of advance material inventory and reconcile with physical stock.
- Assist in quarterly ledger reconciliation between Havmor and the 3P.

3. Finance, MIS & Reporting





- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management and HO Finance review.
- Assist in preparation of cost budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain and track asset register at 3P, including coordination on interest cost payments.
- Perform ROI analysis and provide financial support to HO Finance for Capex and large Opex decisions at 3P.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) :

- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data reconciliation).
- Experience working on ERP systems (SAP Hana preferred) for accounting, inventory, and reporting.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts in coordination with HO Finance.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with plant teams and HO Finance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
