Job Description: A Plant Head, also known as a Plant Manager or Factory Manager, is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing plant. They ensure the plant meets production targets, maintains quality standards, and operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Directing and Coordinating Operations: Managing all aspects of the plant's activities, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
- Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to company policies, regulations, and statutory requirements related to safety, health, and the environment.
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and supervising plant staff, including production, maintenance, and quality control personnel.
- Performance Management: Monitoring production output, quality levels, and safety performance, and taking corrective action as needed.
