We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Ex. Social Media who has strong hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and team coordination. This role involves managing multiple brand accounts, overseeing the social media team, ensuring timely and accurate posting, and delivering clear weekly performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and related platforms
* Ensure all posts, reels, stories, and collaborations go live on time and as per the content plan
* Coordinate daily with editors, designers, and the social media team for smooth execution
* Allocate tasks to the team and track completion status
* Maintain posting accuracy including captions, tags, hashtags, links, collabs, and brand guidelines
* Monitor account performance and analytics in detail (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, etc.)
* Prepare and share weekly performance and progress reports with insights
* Identify gaps, errors, or delays and proactively resolve them




* Maintain content calendars, posting checklists, and internal workflows
* Ensure quality control before and after posting

Required Skills & Expertise

* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (posts, reels, stories, lives, shorts)
* In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and insights
* Experience managing multiple accounts and high-volume posting
* Excellent coordination and team management skills
* Solid attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset
* Good communication and task-follow-up skills
* Comfortable working with Google Sheets, reports, and tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with creators, coaches, or personal brands
* Prior experience managing a social media or content team
* Basic understanding of content strategy and performance optimization
