Job Description: Sr. UI / UX Designer Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who not only excels in creating visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces but also understands the technical constraints and possibilities of front-end technologies, particularly React.js. You will work closely with developers and product teams to design and implement user-centered solutions that enhance user experience and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, gather insights, and perform competitive analysis to inform design decisions and create user-centric designs.

- UX Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups that clearly communicate design concepts, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- UI Design: Develop pixel-perfect user interfaces that are visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for both web and mobile applications.

- Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to refine designs based on user feedback.

- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design ideas are properly executed.

- Design Handoff: Provide detailed design specifications and assets to developers, ensuring smooth handoffs and proper design implementation in React.js.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of UI/UX best practices,



design trends, and advancements in front-end technologies like React.js.

- React.js Integration: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are inline with developers framework and guide them in implementing the designs accurately. Knowledge of React.js preferable.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1-2 years working with front-end frameworks like React.js.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Experience in React.js and a strong understanding of how front-end technologies interact with UI/UX designs.

- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with prototyping tools and wireframing.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive designs.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to iterate on designs based on feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

- Understanding of component-based design for React.js.
