Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail fashion store. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in fashion or retail. The role involves driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product selection, styling, and queries.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive repeat business.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and offers.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store display standards.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and tagging of products.




Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion/apparel.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Presentable, confident, and passionate about fashion.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems is an advantage.
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Education

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
