Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential international customers to promote and sell company products/services.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.

- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other internal channels.

- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

- Maintain updated and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts, improve conversion strategies, and enhance overall call performance.

- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to handle objections effectively and close deals.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with international telesales regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 3–5 years of telesales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO environment.

- Solid sales negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking tone.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales deadlines.

- Good CRM usage knowledge and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- HSC and above

- Prior experience dealing with international clients/customers is an advantage.
