**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated with the latest Tally software features and updates to effectively communicate these to clients and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.

- **Market Research:** Engage in market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the software industry, helping the company to stay competitive.

- **Reporting:** Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and customer feedback,
