Level2 support for complaint handling.
Interface with NNOC TAC for troubleshooting.
Handling Provisioning related complaints.
Education Requirement: Graduation
Experience Requirement: 2 - 7 years
Skills & Competencies:
Activation/ De Activation of targets.
IRI management.
Level2 support for complaint handling.
Capable of Processing LI/data disclosure request as per laid down guidelines.
