Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Skilled & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security architectures, and threat mitigation techniques.
Experience with monitoring and managing security tools and incident response processes.
Ability to analyze network traffic and identify vulnerabilities or suspicious activities.
Familiarity with firewall management, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management platforms.
Skilled in troubleshooting network security issues and implementing effective solutions.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
