We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (4–7 years experience) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
Cost estimation and budgeting
Tender and quotation analysis
Cost monitoring and variation management
Coordination with Design, Architecture, Structural & MEP consultants
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and design coordination
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
4–7 years of experience in residential projects
Robust knowledge of QS, estimation, BOQs, and MS Excel
* Exposure to design coordination will be an added advantage
