Skills & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud services.
Ensure high system availability, data security, and business continuity through effective backup and disaster recovery practices.
Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of user issues within agreed SLAs.
Administer Microsoft 365 / email systems, user access controls, Active Directory,



and endpoint security.
Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, VPNs, and security configurations.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and ISPs for support and procurement.
Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and security standards.
Support business applications (ERP/CRM/Service tools) and recommend technology improvements.
Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes.
Ensure periodic audits, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices are followed.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Certification

ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent.
