Key Responsibilities
Actively market available candidates to clients, vendors, and staffing partners through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
dentify and approach potential clients and business partners to generate new placement opportunities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors, clients, and staffing partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of job opportunities.
Maintain and update candidate records, including availability, skills, and placement status.
Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to match candidates with suitable job openings.
Generate and maintain reports on candidate submissions, placements, vendor relationships, and market trends to support business growth.




Follow up with clients and vendors regarding interview feedback, submissions, and placement updates.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all marketing and placement activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Experience & Skills
6+ months of experience in staffing, recruitment, bench sales, sales, business development, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective follow-up.
Knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry is an added advantage.
