Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:
Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 20,000 /year
