Job Description:
Experience on Deploying/upgrading Aspect/Asterisk/Genesys Dialer projects.
Candidate should have experience in key Components like:
VR flow development using Composer
Excellent knowledge on My/MS SQL
Must have positive exposure on CTI development using API, Agent soft/hard phone customization and integration.
Besides dialer, expectation from candidate is to have knowhow of other OEM products, their comparison analysis based on various Tech factors.
Should be seasoned dialer CTI skilled with very valuable understanding of SIP Platform & hands on expertise in, Inbound & Outbound Voice Portal, Reporting (Data view, Infomart, CCPulse & Pulse).
