Role: Senior .NET Technical Lead

Experience: 7–10 Years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

What We're Looking For:
Solid hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, and up-to-date web technologies.
Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and driving technical solutions.
Ability to lead projects, mentor developers, conduct code reviews,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best coding practices.
Experience with Azure, CI/CD, Microservices, and AI-assisted code generation is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise .NET applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure application performance and reliability.
