We are looking for an experienced Commercial Claims Manager to lead the end-to-end claims function, ensuring timely claim settlements, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for managing claims operations, leading the claims team, and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end commercial claims.
Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, and stakeholders.
Review, investigate, and settle claims as per company guidelines.
Lead, mentor, and manage the claims team.
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
Resolve escalated claims and improve claim processes.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless claim handling.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in Commercial Claims Management.
Experience with insurance companies, brokers, or corporate insurance.
Solid knowledge of commercial claims processes and documentation.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
