Job Description:

Job Title: IT Project Manager – Data Governance Experience: 4–5 years overall Location: Adaptable Employment Type: [Contract] Role Summary We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in data governance to manage technology and data-related projects. The candidate should be able to coordinate with business, IT, data, and compliance teams to deliver projects on time and support data governance activities. Key Responsibilities · Manage IT and data governance projects from planning to delivery. · Work with business and technical teams to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. · Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items. · Support data governance activities such as data quality, data ownership, data stewardship, metadata, and policy implementation. · Prepare project plans, status reports, meeting notes, RAID logs, and other project documentation. · Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates. · Ensure project deliverables follow data governance standards and business requirements. · Support communication, change management, and adoption of data governance processes. Required Skills and Experience · 4–5 years of overall experience in IT project management, data management, or related roles. · Experience working on data governance,



data quality, metadata, compliance, or data management initiatives. · Valuable understanding of Agile project delivery methods. · Robust stakeholder coordination and communication skills. · Ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and multiple priorities. · Experience with project documentation and reporting. Preferred Skills · Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Data Quality tools. · Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, or risk management. · PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or Data Governance certification is a plus.
