LN Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. If you're passionate about delivering quality projects on time and leading high-performing site teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Lead site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and costs.
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Prepare and present project progress reports.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E.



in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of relevant project management experience (15+ years preferred).
Experience in high-rise building construction.
Solid leadership, planning, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, construction methodologies, and quality standards.
Willingness to stay at the project site until project completion.
