We are looking for a passionate and talented IT Recruiter to join our growing team and they will play a leading role in the Recruitment and HR efforts.

This is a full time role with Hybrid option.

Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle US IT recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
Source talent across LinkedIn, Dice and other platforms.
Manage candidates efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).




Expertise in technical roles, IT skills, and industry trends.
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to ensure ongoing success.
Meet hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining excellent candidate experience.

Experience/Requirements
5+ years of US IT recruitment experience with a solid track record of success.
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and managing client requirements.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Strong understanding of technical terminologies and IT roles.
Bachelors in Engineering or Business degree.
Ability to work hybrid in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
