SQL Server DBA

About the Role

We are looking for a SQL Server DBA with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to manage, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases supporting our ATS platform. You will be responsible for database performance, health, backups, recovery, and security while working closely with development and engineering teams to support UAT, production deployments, and database-related troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain SQL Server databases for the ATS platform.
Perform query analysis, execution plan analysis, indexing, and performance tuning.
Monitor database health, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Support UAT and production deployment activities in coordination with the development team.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
Ensure database performance, availability,



and reliability in high-volume, transactional production environments.
Support database backup/recovery, replication, and security activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–4 years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA.
Solid knowledge of query optimization, indexing strategies, and execution plans.
Experience with backup/recovery, replication, and database security.
Familiarity with high-volume, transactional production environments.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote and in office work while collaborating with development, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
