We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect who is eager to take ownership of projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to high-quality architectural solutions from concept through execution.
Assist in the planning and design of luxury residential and commercial architectural projects.
Prepare project presentations, schedules and design documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure drawings are updated accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an architecture or multidisciplinary design firm.
Experience working on residential, villa and/or commercial architectural projects.
Solid understanding of planning, building regulations and construction detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop and presentation software. Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
Your experience is limited to drafting without involvement in design development.
You have not worked on architectural planning and construction documentation.
You are only comfortable creating 3D models or renders without technical drawings.
You have limited exposure to site coordination or project execution.
