About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals, this role is for you. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be process-driven, possess a solid work ethic, and be comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business prospects through online and offline channels.
Coordinate with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales cycle.
Schedule and attend online as well as in-person client meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing and digital solutions.
Prepare proposals and relvant client request materials
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.




Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience/ Pitching process
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing (freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
Process-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven.
Comfortable with client-facing interactions and presentations.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is a MUST;

CRM experience is an added advantage
