Build and operate a consistent, in-house learning function (Shingora Academy) that closes the gap between what the company says its culture and standards are, and what actually happens on the floor and in departments — day one to day one-thousand of an employee's tenure.

Responsibilities

Build, run, and continuously improve Shingora's internal learning institution — covering (a) culture and behavioral consistency across all sites/departments, (b) structured onboarding, and (c) technical/on-job capability building, with special focus on Exprtex's higher-stakes technical roles

Qualifications
10–18 years of overall HR/L&D; experience, including at least 5 years inside a manufacturing or industrial plant workplace — textiles, auto-components, pharma, or FMCG manufacturing all count; sector matters less than genuine floor exposure.
Has built a training function, academy, or L&D; department from scratch — not only operated or maintained an existing one.
Experience designing certification-based skill ladders and train-the-trainer programs.
Postgraduate qualification in HR/OD/L&D; or equivalent demonstrated experience — we care more about what you've built than the degree on paper
